Not meeting a heavy armor strength requirement doesn't affect movement?

I have a Firbolg cleric with a strength of 10 and wearing chain mail. On the character sheet it never reduced my movement. Also the item in my inventory doesn't mention anything about the strength requirement.

I just noticed this too, seems like the STR requirement and associated penalty is not implemented?
