Can't Access DM's Shared Content

I just bought it and obviously that is the problem. Or was. By now my players can access everything :)

I am having the same issue. My DM is sharing the 2024 ruleset and I'm trying to make my character. The other players say they have access but my account won't let me. I've tried remaking the character, on the app, on a tablet, on a desktop, relogging, downloading the content to my phone, but nothing works.

Is your character actually in the campaign? Character options from content sharing are only available for characters that are in the campaign where the content is being shared.

The other thing to do would be to go here and check to see if it says your entitlements data is out of sync: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses

If it says it's not synced, click the button there to sync it, and then try again.

Otherwise, it might help to know what specifically you're not seeing in the character builder that you think you should be.
