I purchased all the subclasses from Xanathar's Guide to everything and I have enabled content sharing in my campaign, but none of the people who are in my campaign can see the content I have purchased. Is there an additional step I need to take? Or am I missing something?

To share purchased content, someone in the campaign must have a master subscription, and the owner of the campaign must have sharing turned on. Player characters built outside of the campaign will not have access until they join the campaign. The campaign link takes one to an option of building a character in the campaign or joining with an existing character.

I have a master subscription. I have created a campaign and I have sharing turned on. I have sent the players the campaign link. They have joined the campaign. They can't see any of the new content. By contrast, I purchased the races from Volo's a while back and they can see those.
I just went out and tested creating a new campaign & user ID: I created another dndbeyond account with a different user name. I created a new campaign with my Master account. I joined the new campaign with the new account and that user can see the Xanathar's content.
I also had the new account join an old campaign and that account can see the new content.
But my existing players in my old campaign can't see the new content.
I got it to work finally- here was my solution(s):
I had one player who had issues no matter what they did. They were accessing it via a smartphone, so that may be part of the problem. So I had them create a whole new account and access it using a different browser and join the campaign. That fixed it for them.
For everyone else I did as suggested- leave the campaign and rejoin with a new link. That fixed it for them.
Thanks for your help, everyone!

Moved the posts in a new thread.
When you say your players can't see the content unlocked by you, do you mean the character builder? or the compendium?
Because, if it is only the builder, they must be within the campaign link you see the unlocked content on their builder.
Mfladee,
Try having your current players in the older campaign leave that campaign, and then re-join with the campaign link for that campaign.
I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.
