My friend in my campaign with sharing enabled owns the Eberron source book. Everyone in the campaign can view the Eberron book but none of us, other than the owner, can use the features in the character builder. Could I get any ideas on how to correct this error?
If you have access to the book through Content Sharing, you need to create the character in the campaign first to have access to the content. So create a new character in the campaign, go into the character builder, make sure the Eberron Content toggle is turned on (red) in the Home screen, and you should be good to go!
If you have done all of that and the content still doesn't show up, ask whoever has enabled the Content Sharing to turn it off and then back on again. That often helps.
If that doesn't solve the issue, can you link a character who is currently in a campaign with campaign sharing turned on so we can take a closer look?
