When creating a wizard you will have more spells than just the prepared spells. The PDF page that lists all of the spells should list all spells, even the non-prepared spells. Just have the prepared spells shown with the circle to the left of the spell filled in. It's even possible to cast a spell that is not prepared, if it's a ritual spell.
For example, here's my wizard's spellbook:
And if I go to export the character to a PDF, I see the following spells:
As you can see, there are no spells listed under the 1st level spell slots, when there should have been spells listed.
I believe I am seeing the same thing as well. My wizard does NOT prepare several spells that he routinely casts as a ritual during short and long rests. It would be nice to see these unprepared but still available spells listed on the pdf.
I myself believe this might be due to the classes that automatically know every spell of a given level when they can cast at that level. I could be wrong but clerics, druids would have huge lists on pdf but I myself would like all of them there.

I'm seeing this also. the PDF (incorrectly) does not list all your spells, just the prepared ones.
