Only spells up to 2ed level Showing

Sunset Shores my 5th level Tibaxi Artificer is only showing spells up to second level.Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Artificers are half casters, so they don't get third level spells at fifth level.

Oh,But I thought 5th level artificers could learn animate objects?But I can’t find that spell on the list.
