[HELP] Failed to log in because of unexpected error [samsung galaxy note 3, Android 5.0]

Hello whenever I open the app and go to the authentification page , after I authorize the app I get back to the loading screen then I get this

"failed to login an unexpected error occurred while attempting to log you in try again later or contact support if this problem persists"

meaning I cannot use the app at all.

Can I get help please ?

I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
