I just added Shocking Grasp to a lv 20 character that I have in the character builder, but the damage is not scailing properly in the app, it only shows 1d8 instead of 4d8. Is this a known bug?
I'm not sure that will help, as it displays fine on the website character sheet, but in the mobile app it only shows 1d8. I added the cantrip in the app, by removing a previous cantrip and learned shocking grasp.
I can reproduce the issue on my end. It seems to correct itself once spells are edited from the web browser; going back to the app afterward shows cantrips previously added in the app scaling properly. Thanks for the report! I'll pass this along to the team. :)

What did you mean by editing the spells? I have tried removing and adding back spells in the web browser, but no change in the app. All of my spells show correct scaling on the web, but none of my spells are scaling in the app. Here's a screenshot: https://imgur.com/JtrfeYs

Depends on how you added the cantrip. Please provide the link to your character sheet (full url not share link) so someone can take a look.
