User has exceeded the maximum for logged-in devices
The first time I open the app I log in and I go to twitch to click "authorize". It all worked fine. Then (on android) I clear my device app storage cache and local data. I repeated that about 3 or 4 times until finally after clicking "authorize" at twitch it comes back to the app and gives me that in-app popup.

Oops sorry I just realized I should have added onto this thread rather than starting a new one.
Still, my steps to reproduce might be worth adding. Seems like a silly way to get this error since I didn't actually have multiple devices logged in.
I'm having the same issues
You need to delete authorized mobile devices from your account. Just delete all on the page and then try to login again.
