I launched the mobile app on my iPhone 6S (running iOS 11.3), and when I tried to open my downloaded Player's Handbook, the app crashed. So I launched it again, and somehow my downloaded Player's Handbook was gone and I had to re-downloaded. When I tried to do that, the app crashed. So, I launched it again, and tried to download the Monster Manual (which had never been downloaded before on this device) and it crashed the app also.
So, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Went through the login process for Twitch in the app, get to the authorize screen, click on Authorize and then it says "Failed to login: An unexpected error occured while attempting to login. Try again later or contact support if this problem persists."
Check the number of mobile devices, free users can only have 2 and if you uninstall/reinstall it counts as separate devices. You might just need to remove all the devices on that page. If that doesn't work then I would suggest contacting support.
