Hey so just bought Volos guide to monsters but i can not access it in the app I tried to re purchase it but the App Store says that i have already brought it. Please help
For future reference, pulling down on the list of books will refresh the available content in the app (if an internet connection exists). For instance, if you join a campaign with content sharing or purchase a book from the website and it's not being reflected in-app right away, a pull down to refresh should resolve that.
While restoring the manifest would cause the same update, it also potentially reverts the manifest file to an older version which may cause other issues.

From the App, go on My Account, then My Content. There you should be able to download it.
It doesn’t show up
Ok, try this:
Go on My Account, tap twice on your Avatar. Below About, now it appears Customer Support. Go on it. The, click on Restore Local Manifest.
Close the app and re-enter to see if Volo's shows up.
