This has been going on for a while. I'm going to give as much specific information in hope of a specific solution. I am unable to access the character builder or existing characters on the desktop version of D&D Beyond. Here are the facts in bullet point format:
1) I use an HP laptop running Windows 11
2) My default browser is Chrome, but I have tried on both Chrome and Edge to no avail.
3) I cannot access these features on my master level account, my free account, or without logging in at all. (Not sure if that last one is even possible. It might just be my free account.) In any case, it's not account specific.
4) I have cleared browser data, restarted the machine, and power-cycled my router. It has not worked.
5) The problem persists on wi-fi networks away from home. (specifically 2 networks where I have played with my group)
6) I can access characters from my phone on the mobile app (Android).
7) My son does not have this issue on his machine. (Same hardware, software, and network.)
It's obviously a problem specific to my machine, but I can't figure out how to clear it. It only seems to impact the character builder and collection. Other features seem to be okay. If anyone can point me in a direction to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
