i made an account from the site on my pc verified my email and all that, then i spent an unreasonable ammout of time making a character, because i have no clue what i'm doing as you can tell
then i downloaded the app logged in with the same email wich is the only account i have, i have try to log in with my other email but it say that i don't an account or something along those line
then i went back to my pc and the character was there i could see i could edit and all that good stuff
so i logged out of the site then i logged back in with the same and only account i have and my character wasn't there
so i went to an other tab on my browers where i still had character sheet of the character i made open and it there, then i clicked on the copy option hoping to maybe copy my character and paste it to an other account? but it also dissapeared
look i have no clue what's going on but here is what i know and found out
i have my account wich i can login into and doesn't have the character, wich is:

and there is other account wich i was logged into? when i made the character but now it also doesn't have my character and i don't even know how to log into:

look at the end of day it is what it is i can somewho have my chracter back cool i guess, but i can just remake it, it not that big of a deal i just want to know if now that if i remake it on my account now it won't dissapear and i'm also makign this post so people that are smart and stuff can prevent it from appening to other people
i also have no clue how to contact support so... help i guess?
i also have screenshot of both accounts in case that helps in any kind of way but i don't know how to put them in here
btw i also joined the discord from the site by pressing on the discord icon on the top bar thingy to maybe open a ticket or somethign along those lines but i didn't see a make a ticket channel, but now i've seen that there is a help bot thing that i'm guessing will open a ticket if i do \help in a channel? if i get around to it and rember i made this post and it doesn't get removed i'll update it maybe
made a ticket got an answer basicaly instantly shout out to my guy prince
i basicaly got a confermation that i do infact have made two account with the same login in wich is nice to at least know i'm not insane
now i made an other ticket asking them if they can transfer my character from one account to the other and delete the account with the funny numbers but i might have incorectly filled the ticket for account deletion so there's that so now i'm just waiting to see what happens
after 11 days? no clue to be honest, it's done the other accoutn doesn't exist and i've also found out that you can't have the people transfer a character but you can how ever transfer a character to an other acount if you make a campain join wth the character you want to transfer the go to the other and i have no clue past that the guy in hte email seems like a trustworthy fella he said something a long those line
so ye shout to my guy prince of the support team and also it's been 11 day but it's more like 4? because between hollydays and weekends and the fact that i may or may not completly read what the emails from the support team said could have delayd it further
anyway i could type more bullshit to further explain things but let's be real here who the **** is going to read anyway of this past the first phrase it looks like the rambling of a sleep deprived mentaly unstable schizopheric dysslexic guy wich first lenguage is english that doesn't use puntuation or gramar correctly (those things are basicly all true) reply banana if you actualy read all of what i've typed or you even made it this far
imma go spend six hours on remaking my character since i for sure forgot everything
