I'm able to change the portrait to another default portrait from the library, but not upload my own file for use. I can navigate to the menu, select change portrait and have the menu pop out, but the choose file button doesn't trigger a folder/app selection to retrieve my file.
I’m also not able to upload a new portrait to my profile from my personal photo library. It comes up with the following error code- da958fa0d44c48dc8d0405e10473dd06. I’d really like to be able to. Please advise.

I'm still having this same issue, three years later. Id love to know of there's a fix to this or an update of any kind?
