I am unable to access Tales from the Yawning Portal from the iOS app. All other content appears to be working fine.
Device: iPhone 8+
App Version: 1.1.3.0
Sometimes when I attempt to open the content, I get the following message:
"Error: There was an error loading the compendium source. The error has been logged. Please contact support if the problem persists."
Other times, I am able to open Tales from the Yawning Portal, but once I click on individual adventures the app crashes.
This content was shared with me via my DM previously, but is still marked as "Shared with Me" in the app despite my having purchased it. Other content that I purchased after having had it shared with me works fine and has had the "Shared with Me" designation removed after I purchased it.
I opened a support ticket 24 hours ago and have not received any communication yet, so I am posting here as well.
Sorry to hear you are having troubles with this -- let's try a few things to see if we can get you up and running.
First, you might try (with an active internet connection) refreshing your available sources by pulling down on the list of books to refresh. A loading spinner should appear for a moment.
If that doesn't work, you may want to try uninstalling any adventures (not the app itself) that are in the Yawning Portal book from the My Account -> My Content screen, then reinstalling them either from that screen or from the Compendium screen.
Lastly, you might try closing the app completely then try accessing them after the app relaunches.
If none of these workarounds resolved your issue, then would you mind providing me with the version of the manifest and any adventures you have installed from that book. You can find these versions listed on the My Account -> About screen.
Also, can you access any of the listings from those adventures? The Sunless Citadel should have three monsters that you can attempt to access.(Sharwyn Hucrele, Sir Braford and Yusdrayl)

There is no version number for the adventure or any of its individual books other than The Sunless Citadel, which works. The other adventures are just labeled "v" with no associated number. I noticed that the DMG, MM, and PBH also have no number, and these also crash the app when I try to use them. How do I correct this?
After uninstalling and reinstalling, it is definitely the "versionless" content that is causing the issue. All of this has been resolved, except for the Tales from the Yawning Portal, which I cannot uninstall and reinstall. I can do this for the individual adventures, but not the "book" itself, so I still get errors when clicking on the button sometimes. If I can get past that, the individual adventures work, but something is still wrong.
