For the past few days I have been unable to open my purchased and downloaded content on the mobile app. Although the sources are fully downloaded, they show the "Marketplace" logo and link to the Marketplace page. When I try to access them, the following error message appears:
"There was an error loading the compendium source. The error has been logged. Please contact support if the problem persists."
I have deleted the content, uninstalled the app, and cleared all of the app data before redownloading everything, but it didn't work. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as not being able to use my purchased material is incredibly frustrating!
