I have had this error come up on Android twice in the past couple weeks. First time, I was able to delete and reinstall the app. This time, that is not even working.
I'm experiencing this issue too, both on an iPad and an Android phone, even after a reinstall and regardless of whether I'm on wifi or 4G, and I also have successfully accessed the Twitch account tied to D&D Beyond. In short, I feel like I've eliminated every possible explanation apart from an error with the app itself.
Issue is occurring just logging into the website using Twitch account as well, so it isn't tied to the app. My guess is it's a backend auth issue with Twitch.
**update** Twitch's API is currently down, hence the issue.
I am having the same issue. I’ve sent a support request to Customer Support.
UPDATE: Since posting, I’ve updated my DDB account to link to Google for login as well. There was no issue / no error message when I used the Google login to access the DDB app content.

Same here...and since we are literally on the way to an area with no cel coverage, this is at an exceptionally bad time.
did uninstall and reinstall the app, with no success, in case that is offered as a suggestion.

It must have been a temporary service error - it seems resolved now, and I was able to redownload content

Thank you! I added my Google acct in addition to my Twitch and was able to log in. Thanks for the idea.
As of this morning, I was able to log in. Hopefully the same is true for all of you.
