I purchased the Sourcebook Bundle today and was looking forward to downloading all of the books on my phone. The only issue is that I am prompted to buy the books AGAIN, even though I already own the Compendium Content. I am signed in on the same account across both platforms, but I still can't get my books on mobile.

Sounds like your licenses on the app need to be updated. This usually happens automatically, but you can force
Open the side menu
Select My Account (fourth option down)
Tap your profile picture to reveal the Customer Support option
Select Customer Support
Select Download Latest Manifest and wait for that to complete
Restart the app
You should now have the books registering as purchased and available to download.
