I just purchased Mordenkainen's tome, and I'm not even seeing the option to download it. It just says "user already has a licence for this product from the website". And after deleting and reinstalling the app on my tablet, I'm finding the same message on all of the books I've purchased.
Hi there lunarglider30, thank you for your report. You can give the following a try. If this doesn't help, I would recommend opening up a ticket with our Support team including more information on your device.
Use the side menu of the app to choose "My Account"
Tap in the area above your username / where your avatar is displayed if you have one.
This will add a new option to the Settings list called "Customer Support", select that option.
From the new page, select "Download latest manifest"
It will do it's thing for a minute or two, and then it will prompt you to restart the app.
