If I am looking at a book in the app, and switch to another app (like OneNote to make notes) when I switch back to the DDB app it shows me the "syncronizing licenses screen" again, and then goes back to the main screen of books, rather than back to the place where I was reading.
It does this every time meaning I have to wait for the "syncronizing licences" to finish, and then navigate back to the book I was reading.
The only time it doesn't do this is if I am offline.
Is there any way to make the app stop checking the licnses each time I switch between apps?

"Orcs are savage raiders and pillagers with stooped postures, low foreheads, and piggish faces with prominent lower canines that resemble tusks." MM p245 (original printing) You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?
I had this issue, too. About 3 weeks ago, it stopped doing it, and I'm not sure what changed. I have uninstalled/reinstalled a few times due to the library not updating properly, but I'm not sure if that is what fixed it.
Also, you can try logging out/logging in.
