Every time I try to view the players handbook, the app just closes and I can’t view it. I click the Book and it just closes back to my IPads home screen. Disappointed I bought the book and can’t even view it.

Open the side menu and select "My Account".
Tap in the space above your username. A new option should appear in the list below "About", labeled "Customer Support".
Select "Download Latest Manifest", and follow the instruction to restart the app once the process is completed.
Reopen the app and try to access the Player's Handbook again.

Hiya, I’m having the same issue but this fix does not resolve it. Restoring the licenses doesn’t fix it either. Can you suggest anything else?
edit - sorry, my bad, didn’t notice you’ve already said to reach out to the Support team! I’ll do that instead
