I want to use the College of Eloquence for my bard, but it seems to be missing from the Marketplace.
It is in the TCoE hardcover, but the list of TCoE subclasses options in the Marketplace only has the other bard option (College of Creation).
UPDATE: When I enable "Magic: The Gathering Content" in the character builder, I can see the option "MOoT * College of Eloquence". But it is still a bug that it isn't part of TCoE content.

If you want to purchase just the subclass, you'll want to purchase it from Mythic Odysseys of Theros, where it was first published. Note that since this is a Magic: the Gathering setting, once you've purchased it you'll need to turn on that tab (red/right) in the character builder for the subclass to show up.
I updated my initial post at the same time you commented.
I can work around this, but I think it is worth pointing it out for the developers. If I didn't have MOoT, I would have no idea to consider it as the original source of the problem for that subclass. And if someone purchased TCoE (or just all the subclasses), they shouldn't have to shell out more money to purchase the subclass from MOoT.

If someone purchases Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, they do not need to spend more money purchasing the subclass from Mythic Odysseys of Theros. They own the subclass, they just need to enable the Magic the Gathering content toggle.
This is because (with the exception of artificer) content is categorised by the source it was first made available in. This is also the source it can be individually purchased from.
Is there a table or an article on this site, that indicates these special cases, that the subclass is not listed for TCoE because it is in MOoT ?
At the least, in the Marketplace, shouldn't there be a comment that this subclass is part of the "buy all subclasses" of TCoE, but would need to be purchased individually in MOoT?
I figured it out, you already knew this, but anyone new to this resource would be out of luck unless they were told what to do.
