Government: The city is helmed by Marquis Olesya Lapidus, who works with local guildmasters and nobles, bolstered by the distant support of the other Clovis Concord members.
It has been confirmed by Matthew Mercer on twitter that Olesya Lapidus is female. Wouldn't the title be Marquise, to avoid confusion? The entry lack a picture of the person or a pronoun in the text, but she has a male noble title. With nothing else to go by, other than the name.
So just adding an e at the end of her title would solve that issue.
I'm all for the rights to identify as whatever gender you prefer, but a title is a title, right? So if you identify as female you would have the female title.
The feminine form of Marquis changes from language to language, and seeing as they don't speak any real world language in Port Damali, but instead Exandrian common and other Exandrian languages, it's incredibly likely that they don't have a gendered form of Marquis and that applies to whatever gender you identify as.

I don't think this is up to Beyond to correct.
If the book refers to her as Marquis I don't think Beyond can change that on their own. It will have to be corrected by WotC (and probably Mercer).
