Additional class spells don't get the class spell list tag because they're not actually on the spell list as a general rule. A class specific rule adds them to the spell list. Hence why they're not tagged as such
but shouldnt these "optional" spells be available as soon as someone activates "optional class features" in the char editor? or do you have to buy a subclass from TCoE ?
The only features you've ever been able to but separately are classes (artificer), subclasses, subraces and variant races, spells, magic items, feats, monsters, and backgrounds. Optional rules have never been available for independent purchase. It just happens that this is the first set of optional rules that directly affects the character builder.
Optional class features require you to purchase Tasha's Cauldron of Everything
I'm in a campaign with Shared Content and Tasha's Cauldron of Everything is in there. I still can't see Flaming Sphere for my sorcerer, even with Optional Class Features turned on.

The spell Flaming Sphere isn't tagged for Sorcerer even though it is in TCOE

really to whole book? thats kinda annoying.. with other features it was usually enough to buy one item to get what you want..
