The stat blocks for the primal companions are not available to be added to character sheet extras. Also would help if stat blocks for companions, familiars, steel defenders, summons, etc were automatic or easier to add. A button to do this somewhere inside the spell or feature description would be great.
They didn't add it to the Extras tab as they added it directly to the Actions tab for quicker reference instead.
On your character sheet under the Actions tab you will find Primal Companion: Take Action. It gives a short description of your companion and allows you to adjust the hit points. For the full stats, click on the Primal Companion: Take Action heading or anywhere directly under it.
Several of the new features and spells present Monster Statblocks which scale with your character. This includes spells that summon other creatures. The system to handle these creatures is still under development but we have included inline stat blocks wherever possible to help you reference the stats you need.
It still hasn't been implemented. Don't expect it to be with the new edition coming out and with how WotC is... handling things...

Leaving OGL 1.0(a) untouched and making SRD 5.1 CC-BY-4.0 is a great first step. The next is a promise to do the same for future editions. Here's a discussion thread on that.

It has also been mentioned in the Tasha's Cauldron of Everything Issues & Support thread that support for scaling stat blocks is in the works:
I cannot seem to find this even though I own the entire Tasha’s book content.

DDB is great, but it could be better. Here are some things I think could improve DDB
It would still be helpful to have the stat block directly there in the player's character sheet.
