Possible Forum Bugs?

Browser/OS Info:  Chrome mobile browser on Galaxy Note 4 Android Phone

~Text entry is "laggy" compared to other sites (including URL bar).

~The return button auto adds an extra line (as seen in this post).

~There is no formatting options for text.  

~Despite seeing forum rules for images there is no options to upload or attach images to either forum posts or signature.  

~Was noted in another thread, but the up/down vote options are missing in both portrait and landscape view.
