Under the "Senses" section in the monster stat blocks, passive Perception is always written with a "+" before the number, however this is incorrect as passive Perception isn't added to a die roll, but is rather a constant score. Please rewrite passive Perception scores as simply a number like it's displayed in the Monster Manual.
