Please, allow us to make (and publish) homebrew on other languages. For the foreigners, it would be actual gamechanger. Some people are more comfortable with "Non-english Language". At least, give us permission to use them for our sessions. Not only, we can't write something new on our language, also we can't translate already existing things. PLZ give us some help. (I'm from Georgia (country)).
You don't need to publish homebrew in order to use it in your game, it can be shared within a campaign without publishing.
The non-english language rule for publishing homebrew exists because D&D Beyond is a company that operates in English (being based in the USA) and thus the moderation team is English speaking. Therefore the team cannot effectively moderate anything not in English.
Allowing non-English homebrew to be published would require having moderators fluent in every single language that someone might publish homebrew in, which is simply not feasible.
