I know this has been addressed but I'm just adding my voice to the list of people that would like more filtering options for character creation.
I was excited about Monsters of the Multiverse because I thought it was going to streamline and update playable races. But character creation is a straight up mess right now with all the duplicate races/certain subraces taken out of the drop downs, and impossible for new players to easily understand. I kind of regret my purchase if this is how it will be for awhile as I am running games with new players fairly often.
In addition, I don't see why we can't filter out Acquisitions Inc in the same way we can for Rick and Morty. I know its canonically the forgotten realms, but it seems so weirdly out of place when I'm just trying to have new players pick spells.
Thanks for your feedback. I know the staff is aware of this issue and considering how to best address it.
That said, if you're aware that the topic has already been addressed, I'd suggest sharing your thoughts as a reply to an existing thread on the issue, rather than creating a new thread.
