Maybe this has been asked before (I did try to find any mention of it, came up with nothing), but isn't it strange that GFB isn't in the free content provided with the SRD? It was posted online for free before the book even came out, officially. There's nothing stopping me from making the spell manually based on freely available information released by WotC. I'll link it for anyone who doesn't know about it.
This isn't some great injustice, and maybe there's a reason I'm not aware of. But I just see it like the EE Player's COmpanion. It'd be free to use at any IRL table, I don't see a reason not to include it here.
Green-Flame Blade was printed in the Sword Coast Adventure's Guide. That link you provided even has SCAG listed. That link is from an Extra Life Charity and was unlocked as a preview of the SCAG. Nothing claims that the spell is part of the SRD or is free.
Extra Life page with spell, background, and subclass previews
A company choosing a particular thing as a preview for an upcoming product does not make that thing not a part of that product, or cause it to be treated as having been given away for free in any legal sense (because otherwise including anything trademarked in a preview would basically automatically void that trademark).
