hey, am I dumb or is there no way to view the Description section when looking at another user's character sheet? I want to look at my players' character sheets but the Description section is grayed out and won't let me click it, and that includes Background and Personality Traits and other important things I'd like to see. is there a way to view this or a setting that needs to be changed? none of my players have been able to view the Description section on each others' character sheets either

Only the DM of a given campaign can view the players' descriptions and notes.
ah, so do I have my players join the online campaign to be able to view the Description on their character sheets?

Yes, that should allow you to view them, though the players still won't be able to view eachothers
