The biggest issue I have with this is that it makes constructing a restricted character (eg for AL) difficult, but also when a rule or ability question comes up at the table, people often ask "what book is that in?"
The most glaring concern for me is subclasses, where if you go to Characters->Official->Class the subclasses are all listed (which is great!) but it is impossible to tell what sourcebook they come from.

I'm having the same problem. I'd enjoy a clearer layout for which sourcebook I'd need to buy to access the appropriate content.
