I preordered the Dragonlance deluxe physical copies. They are out. I don’t have my copies, no shipping confirmation, no nothing. Why the heck did I waste money ordering with you guys when I can just go get physical copies myself or order for Amazon. Last time I ever order anything direct. Waste of my time.
While Wizards does own Beyond, I think Beyond is still kind of separate as a business operation. Your best bet is to contact customer service from Wizards' website, not Beyond's website, since the purchase is made through Wizard's main site.
There are still supply chain issues going on. It is not as bad as the previous two years (at least for the industry I am in anyways), but with triple diseases on the loose (COVID, RSV, and the plain old flu), labor shortage, and, you know, supply chain workers need time off for the holidays just like you and me, please keep your expectations realistic about delivery times.

We do not process the physical element of the bundles, which is why it's distributed through dndstore.wizards.com. You would need to go there and follow the help and support links
your...complaining at something that might take a few days to a week to arrive...thats how preordering a book works, they ship the books to you generally when its printed and released so you arent getting a book filled with mistakes that the others dont have
also dndbeyond doesnt handle the shipping, another site does, as stated
