The silence from Hasbro is very telling. To have a paid internet service be spotty for days without any communication from the operator should be alarming to the entire user base. Either their disaster recovery plan is woefully inept, or there simply isn't one at all.
This should serve as a reminder that the availability of internet services you purchase are at the whim of the provider, never guaranteed, and ALWAYS operate in the best interest of a handful of the largest shareholders - neverthecustomer.
My feedback is that the site in its current state has been useless for its designed purpose, and I'm ashamed that I allowed myself to be taken in. Think about the games of yours this has ruined. How much money have you sunk into the product, only to be stuck here and completely screwed when the site isn't available for you? My best advice to all is to leave the site when you can (I know that many, including myself, are stuck for now - there's no time to rewrite by hand), and those that do stay demand a refund for this month - I am.
Does Hasbro understand the impact this makes on the customers that rely on dndbeyond? Do they even value the effort that many of D&Ds devoted do UNPAID to keep the community alive? Will there even be a dndbeyond by this time next year? Until Hasbro responds, I can assume the answer to all of those is "no"
