Centaur/Minotaur UAs?

Mounted archer feat would be good. Just let the Centaur have it as a race ability.

I’d rather just let the player decide if they want to be a really good archer or not.

 Agreed. The best race designs should reward a variety of builds rather than narrowly focusing on one.
