Hi so I wanted to know why we can't find/see anything regarding the pre-order items here (frames/dice/backdrops/etc) before buying as the old update page regarding this hasn't been updated since Nov 2022

I as a user WANT TO KNOW WHAT I'M BUYING/GETTING instead of feeling like it's loot boxy

IF anyone can answer me on this WITH IT MAKING SENSE AND HAVING GOOD/VALID REASONS I'll be more then happy as I don't udnerstand this pratice and doesn't really make me less likly to even consider buying the pre-orders as I don't know what I'm getting compared to just missing out on stuff for a better price when stuff gets on sale if it'll still even be valid for when One DND rolls by

What information are you looking for, exactly? Each page for each book that is open for pre-order lists what the pre-order bonus items are. They're not terribly clear on what's 'instantly unlocked' vs 'at release,' but each one does list what you get.

When I look at stuff like this one's page; Preorder Planescape: Adventures in the Multiverse to instantly unlock the Modron dice set, character sheet frames & backdrops based on the book

I want to KNOW WHAT the stuff looks (dice set, character sheet frames & backdrops based on the book) like which they don't show on the preorder page anywhere nor can I find anything about what the preorders cointain on a visual stand point on any of their other social sites which is what I want to know before even consider it as I want to know what I'll be getting instead of some dumb mystery box/lootbox kinda ordeal - that way of pratice is not really making me sure what I spent my money on as I don't know what I'll be getting and missing out on it almost sounds better as I can get a in pratice get a better deal on it when it's on sale in the future which might suck as I might've wanted to get the stuf but at the same time not when they're being so vague with it on purpose :/
