I almost exclusively use the Encounter Builder feature here, but it seems to me that it has been in beta for the better part of forever. If it is still in Beta, why has it seemed like there have been no major updates since I think visual Death Saves? I may have to switch to a different tracker in order to be able to track conditions, targets, friendly NPCs, etc.
It's possible I've overlooked something, but If there is a post addressing this somewhere, please link it.
Pretty much every project that was in-progress when WotC purchased D&D Beyond seems to have dropped off the radar in favor of new priorities (the VTT, the map tool, etc).
You may be interested in the recent dev update on the direction of Maps, which includes integration with encounter builder and tracker. Seems like they'll be linking the features so I'd expect some updates to Encounter Builder soon.

Yeah I was afraid of that.
