I am trying to build a new Char with Grave Domain but it does not show up on my character builder options. I only have the Hero subscription is that why? It says to look in the marketplace not sure why
Hero/Master tier subscriptions don't affect the content you own. If you have a master tier subscription and enabled content sharing in a campaign where another player owns Xanathar's (or even just the grave domain) then it would show up as an option for your character in that campaign. But it sounds like you haven't purchased Xanathar's. (Though you could also piecemeal buy just the grave domain.)
This is still an issue apparently. I've purchased XGtE, toggled every selection looking for Grave Domain Clerics and no dice. I have Artificer from my TCoE, but no Xanathar's.
Definitely shows up for both versions of Cleric, just tested. Ensure you have "5e Expanded Rules" selected in your Sources (under Home > Character Preferences in the Character Builder) and scroll down to 5e Expanded Rules in the subclass selection (either 1st level, Divine Domain for 5e Cleric or 3rd level, Cleric Subclass for 5.5e Cleric). I'm also seeing Grave Domain listed in the subclasses at the bottom of both class pages in the Quickbuilder.
I know sorcerer (or wizards) choose theirs at level 2 with Magic Initiate. I was under the impression Cleric choose at level 1 due to their choice of deity. Xanthars even states that Circle or Morality is available at level 1 so Im confused.

That is (mostly) correct if you're using the 5e/2014 rules. Clerics, Sorcerers, and Warlocks got their subclass selection at level 1, Druids and Wizards at level 2, and other classes at level 3. (Magic Initiate is an unrelated feat.)
However, in the 5.5e/2024 rules, all classes get their subclass selection at level 3.
If you want to play a Grave Cleric and get the subclass at level 1, switch to the 5e version of the Cleric class.
As for why: Xanathar's came out at a time when subclasses for different classes were granted at various levels from 1-3. The 5.5e Player's Handbook clarified that using older subclasses that aren't updated IS allowed, but any subclass abilities from 1st or 2nd level are instead granted at 3rd level. So it updates the numbers and you won't see that in Xanathar's.

This is a signature. It was a simple signature. But it has been upgraded.

Not anymore... stuck buying whole books now that they got rid of a la carte purchases

Are your entitlements in sync? https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
When did you buy XGtE?
Bought it today. Synced my entitlements, checked and unchecked, signed out, signed in. Nothing.

I'm confused then. Grave Domain is only available at 3rd level? According to Xanathar's there's first level spells for the subclass.
With 5.5, all subclasses start at 3rd level.
