You can't share an account, that's against the TOS. You can share materials you've purchased if you have a master-tier subscription by inviting them to a campaign where you turn on content sharing. Then any character they create in that campaign will have access to all your purchases, while still in that campaign. If they take the character out of the campaign, it will retain anything put into it until you switch it out.
If you do not want to pay for Master Tier subscription at all, you can make private homebrew copies of all the content you have access to. You do not need to subscription to share homebrew content. However, keep in mind it while simply making private homebrew copies of things is relatively easy and quick, it will still take a while depending on the amount you need. Another thing to keep in mind is that having so much stuff as homebrew will clog your dropdown menus when you search for things in the character builder, so finding things will be a bit more difficult.
Alternatively, you can create characters for your friends, put those characters in a campaign, UNCLAIM those characters in the campaign, and then have your friends join the campaign and CLAIM those characters. Whenever they level up, they can UNCLAIM their character, you will CLAIM their character and make any necessary changes, and then you will unclaim it again for them to reclaim it. This way is more of a hassle, but it will keep your homebrew menus from being overcrowded.
how ?
