I got access and downloaded the installer. When I run it on my laptop, all that pops up is a blank white screen. Weirdly, I can run it fine on my older and weaker desktop. Anyone else experience this and have a fix?
I got my codes and downloaded the client without any issues. While the very limited number of assets looks great, I can't see any quick start guides, tutorials or such.
Has anyone figured out a document with instructions? I really don't want to try to figure out every single feature by randomly pressing buttons.

At the top of the client was the starter guide, there is buttons for discord, feedback, starter guide and FAQ
If anyone figures out how to get it running via Steam or Bottles, let us know. I'd like to give it a try, but do not have any Microsoft products on my hardware.
I downloaded everything today and got all the way to running Project Sigil but anytime I try to run it, I get the error screen "An Unreal process has crashed: UE-Sandcastle".
Has anyone else run into this error? Any fix ideas?
Looking at the FAQs, all of my video drivers and Operating System are all updated. My device is somewhere between the minimum and recommended requirements.

Please let me know. Thanks all! :)
Only thing that comes to mind is .NET incompatibility, it’s a known issue with UE-Sandcastle. might need to contact the Unreal Engine team and ask them?

Good morning. Yesterday we had our first session using Project Sigil. We were all present, mirroring one player's screen on the TV. Two couples played, sharing their notebooks 2 by 2, so that in Sigil each player controlled 2 characters. Below is our feedback and considerations about the program. I'm leaving this report here because I don't know the correct place to do so.
Instability in the connection
System slowness
Will we have a first-person view for the miniatures?
Unable to see the miniature during the creation/customization process
We suggest limiting the movement of the players' minis according to their speed
Mini that had been created disappeared when another player logged in
Some players had minis on their screens while others only saw tokens (this corrected itself automatically after logout and new login)
During the mini creation process, the dwarf looked more like a small human
Connection bug
Difficulties when taking possession of 2 characters
Will we have a text box?
A text box would be useful to record dice rolls and a history of these rolls (also record any roll; not just the rolls directly from the character sheets)
Ability to access the complete character sheet within Sigil
Advantage or disadvantage die was not rolled some times
Counting difficult terrain in mini movement
We had a bug in the initiative order during the inn escape (some characters were replaced by the fire token and their turn was skipped)
Optional automatic d20 tests
Thank you. I hope this message reaches the people responsible for creating this phenomenal program for all of us who love this game so much. I appreciate being able to be part of this.
The level of entitlement in this thread is an incredible peek at why devs hate dealing with beta customers. "I signed up, WHY HAVEN'T THEY GIVEN IT TO ME YET" "I've worn myself out waiting for this" "When will they love me enough to give me a key" "But I play MORE than my friend does! Why not me first!" LOL
It's a closed beta, they'll hand out the number of keys that they want, when they want. WotC should look through here and move everyone that complained to the back of the line.
It will come out of beta when it's ready(hopefully), and maybe have an open beta before that. But everyone should just take a breath and continue playing D&D as they were in the mean time.
Thanks for the morning entertainment, hope you all get your keys today.
If people are complaining then they have the right.
They were told they would be signed up when it released (which they advertised as "Fall 2024" btw) and some of us had to wait longer to actually GET signed up.
Right. They don't have any guarantee of when the code will be delivered. Just "soon". Which likely indicates that it's some sort of internal lottery system sent out in waves. Complaining here isn't going to make it happen any faster, the people in charge of the forums and the people in charge of Sigil are likely so far removed from each other they don't even communicate.
Got my Project Sigil code, downloaded, installed, then tried to use my Google Login which is my dndbeyond.com login.
Sigil said I needed to make a WotC account. I filled in their form but it says my email address "Invalid email address." It's definitely typed correctly and confirmed correctly.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
Edited: Found the solution myself: go to your DnDBeyond account profile and link your WotC account there (in this case I linked it to my Google Account)
I can't even install the launcher. whenever I try, it says it's blocked by admin (I am the admin on this computer) Does it have something to do with Microsoft Edge when installing? Because I'll not use Sigil if it means I'm required to the virus known as Edge.

Tried to run it on Linux via Proton and Wine via Bottles. Also tried the Steam Deck but it is a no go for the moment.
I hope they make a Linux version in the future or at least publish on Steam and use their built in compatibility tools.

Is there a closed forum for those who have access to be able to discuss things we've figured out and ask questions without breaking the NDA?
Have you tried pressing the discord or feedback buttons in the launcher?

I have yet to hear back via E-MAil from WotC for access to Sigil.
Staus says I am Signed up.
Same.

I don't think I like your mindset.

Some of us didn't get our codes until much later.
Some of us haven't gotten them at all (like me). But I do think complaining is not the solution. I am just happy for those who have gotten it.

My apologies if this is the wrong place to ask. I am part of the Sigil Beta. Invited by a friend. Where should I be reporting bugs I have found?
I believe it has been suggested earlier in the thread that there is a button at the top for Discord.
