I had the same issue, this fix posted on reddit solved it for me: "Go to your account preferences and sync your entitlements (should be under licenses)"
No, i have it purchased under dndbeyond store, it shows purchased in the store account, but its not showing in my dnd beyond main account. I assume they are the same account but...
Do you have to redeem a key code to gain access? Maybe your email has it? I did not pre-order this book but I see the free 2024 rules including the four available classes as well.
I’m beginning to suspect they’re gonna pull a fast one on us and say it was only ever just the book you could see early. The way it’s worded seems vague the way they have it. Which in that case, we pay for a sub that we really could have picked up early at a LGS on 9/3 anyway

1. Bought the book with a Master Tier subscription enabled OR entered a campaign of someone who has 2. IF BOUGHT YOURSELF: Synced your entitlements 3. Logged out of D&D Beyond and logged back in
and it still isn't showing up? Because those are the steps that are working for most everyone.
Only 4 races, 4 classes, with 1 Subclass each.

I'm having this exact issue, despite having a Master Tier subscription. I can see the book but I can't make a character using it, only the free rules.

Same. What in the actual hell.
How do you view the book? Its not showing up for me.
It's viewable under "View All Sources"
Syncing entitlements fixed my first issue.

You might want to try starting your own thread about your issue, as it has nothing to do with my issue.

Got it. So in the PC, i was using mobile, it shows up under view all sources rather than the main list of sources.
That did it! Thanks so much!

Yo, this fixed the issue. Thanks
Sync Entitlements worked for me too.
Also, logging out and logging back in refreshes your entitlements
Logging out and back in works for this too. Either method should be fine.
did that but it still didnt work
So to be clear, you've:
1. Bought the book with a Master Tier subscription enabled OR entered a campaign of someone who has
2. IF BOUGHT YOURSELF: Synced your entitlements
3. Logged out of D&D Beyond and logged back in
and it still isn't showing up? Because those are the steps that are working for most everyone.
I tried all of this and it did not work for me
