Tried creating a test character with the new 2024 PHB stuff.
Warlock/ Celestial Pact and Rogue so far do not seem to be able to select Moderately Armored in the feat list, even when at level 8 or above. Even selecting Light Armored as a previous feat (which I don't think should be needed, given both are proficient with light armor already?) does not seem to make it show up.
Should specify; the 2024 version of Moderately Armored is not showing up. The old one that gave shield prof is.
This is true for several of the new 2024 PHB feats, including War Caster, for example. There are more. I am not sure if it is limited to certain classes or subclasses. Really needs to be checked.
Feats and options with prerequisites that have both a 2014 version and 2024 version with the exact same name are currently broken because of an object ID mismatch. As soon as they fix that they'll all start working again.
