Am I mistaken or is the new character creation no longer limiting the Expanded rules Feats based on prerequisites? My Goliath Barbarian apparently can now take Elven Accuracy? (Just an example, I know it is meant only for Elven Heritage species). I've only noticed it for the Expanded Feats, haven't checked on the Legacy yet if it's enforcing prereq's there.
ETA: I have the Feats pre-req's toggled on too. Just need more coffee today as I am confused I guess.
