Hello - first, thank you to the programmers and editors for the continued work to keep up with all the changes. It's a lot & I understand it takes some time to work out all the kinks.
I've made a L4 fighter, battlemaster subclass, using the 2024 ruleset. I have expanded rules toggled on, and I own Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. However, it looks like the additional battlemaster maneuvers that weren't ported over to the 2024 PHB are not available (Brace, Quick Toss, Grappling Strike). As I understand it, for things in the expanded rules (like Tasha's, Xanathar's, Fizban's, etc.), if it doesn't have a counterpart in the 2024 PHB we should still be able to use it. Please see if that can be updated.

Pretty sure those things were intentionally left behind, considering some of the category were moved forward. The same comment has been made about Warlock invocations from Tasha's.
No you are incorrect, Chris treantmonk says it is fine to use these maneuvers so you had better fix it! Otherwise backwards compatibility is a farce and people who are still buying products like Tasha's, at full price, while being PROMISED it will work with 2024 are being lied to and short changed.
No. The RULES are compatible, Beyond is just lagging behind. I don't believe they ever promised that Beyond would be instantly and perfectly updated at every juncture.

If the class was remade in the 2024 PHB, hence the battle master, that’s the rules that would be applied. But you can “allow for other subclasses’ that were not available in the 2024, PHB to be compatible but that the subclass features would have to be at level 3 instead. That’s what has been explained. But as a table you can always homebrew the rules for which you want to be applied for subclasses, etc.
Hence why Beyond has legacy 2014, and 2024. They are not going to add to subclasses 2024, features with 2014. As another example, is the Gloom Stalker subclass 2014 feature extra attack that was omitted. If you want something added for your table, you will have to homebrew the character. That’s how this works. Nothing to do with lagging.
