In the 2024 PHB itself, it's not really a problem, neither in the physical or digital release, thanks to the features being listed in the "Level X: FeatureName" format.
The problem however arises when you go into a class itself via Game Rules > Classes. When you scroll to a subclass, it simply lists the name of the feature and its effect. It doesn't list the level at which you get the feature anywhere (as before it was a part of the text, and now it is not.) It's especially a problem with clerics who get multiple features at some levels.
Stuff like this is fundamental to what used to be the core product around here, the character builder/sheet. I was just spending way too long trying to figure out when rogue 2024 subclass abilities come online realizing there was no way using the site tools without building a character and looking at the level progression page. I guess now I know to look at the actual players handbook instead of the website tools so thanks to OP for that tip.
The problem is simple, they used the ability names as headers in the same format as with legacy classes but previously they always started the first sentence in the description with something like, "at level __ the rogue gets ...". They either need the level info in the header or the first sentence. Thankfully this should be an easy fix so long as they pay attention to it. Here's hoping.
