Maps feedback

1. Add an additional level of "hidden" and allow the DM to let individual players see.

2. Add a rename option that only DM's can see, a quick way to manage HP before you implement a real system.

3. For overlays, specific the ones with damage icons in them it's ugly, real ugly.

3. Add the option to lock an overlay onto a token for Emenations.

4. Add a place to put a "height" number and maybe a little flying Symbol for creatures in the air.

5. When moving an overlay, the number appears for the distance, have that remain visible and allow us to click it and manually input a number.

Ensure you've added this to the Feedback entry on the side of the Map.  AFAIK the dev team still aren't monitoring this channel for feedback.

Hello, 

The feedback I have is simple. 

1. Give me a way to stream music.

2. Give me more options to change tokens (an X over for a downed enemy, wings for a flying token, ninja mask for hidden tokens etc.) Just look at Roll 20...

3. Give the DM more control over limitations for character. As it stands even with all limitation on they can still move each others tokens around. 

4. Let me attach shapes to tokens, this is important for characters or enemies with aura spells. Right now we have to move them separately and its a pain to center and aura every time.

That's all I have for now. I do like the direction this is going. I moved my campaign from Roll20 to DnDB Maps. The built in connection to DnDB Characters is too good to pass up.

Hi, one feedback piece and two suggestions for your consideration: 

1. Great stuff. Use it all the time as a DM as the digital table top beneath my IRL player's minis 
2. the opening page of the VTT includes this "Maps is in beta, so you may encounter bugs and performance issues. Your feedback is vital to helping us improve. Use the Feedback button in Maps to share your thoughts!" - but I can't find said "feedback button", and 
3. (AND THIS IS MY BIG ONE): make the maps rotatable by 90 degrees so the portrait orientation maps (eg Wyvern Tor or Old Owl Well) can be used on monitors and teevees in landscape orientation. This'd have to be v straightforward, eh? Perhaps if it could be set at the time of formatting/scaling the map?

 That will be hidden if you opted out of Analytics Cookies. You can check through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer below. Certain ad blockers can hide it as well.
