Hello, I am posting here in an attempt to get some form of resolution. I followed the steps to receive the educator's kit and was approved for this back on October 21, 2024 and was told to cancel my person subscription to the Master Tier so I would not end up being charged for something that I was to get for free. I completely understand that I needed to wait for the physical items. That is not where my problem is. I do not have the access to the Master Tier Subscription I was promised and as of 12/24/2024 I have not been receiving any replies to my emails.
On October 21, 2024 I was told in an email from a Customer Service Agent that I would receive the following within 5-10 business days. I do not have the subscription and all requests for information have been ignored.:
Our current Digital Educator Kit includes the following:
• A 5 year D&D Beyond Master Tier Subscription • Player’s Handbook (2014) • Dungeon Master’s Guide (2014) • Monster Manual (2014) • Player’s Handbook (2024) • Dungeon Master’s Guide (2024) • Monster Manual (2024) • Lost Mine of Phandelver • Dragon of Icespire Peak • Dragons of Stormwreck Isle • Candlekeep Mysteries
I can't offer you any answers, but I can offer you a similar story. I applied and got approved on October 22, 2024 for the same Educator License. The last message I got back from them after multiple back and forth was December 20, 2024 saying:
"Hello,
Once your request for the Digital Educator Kit is processed, you can check for that comped Master Tier subscription on your account by taking these steps:
Sign into the D&D Beyond account you used for the Educator Kit.
Hover your cursor over your D&D Beyond account's profile photo and username near the top right of the page and select Account from the dropdown menu that should appear.
Once you're on the My Account page, click the Licenses tab from the tab options beneath your larger profile photo, (it's the third tab from the right.)
On this My Licenses page, beneath the usual Subscriptions section, you should now see a new section that says Comped Subscriptions.
The Comped Subscriptions section is where information about the comped Master Tier subscription provided as part of the Educator License should appear."
Yeah... Not there. And after three messages sent since then and one through DnD beyond that got cancelled, must say I am extremely frustrated (because I'm a teacher and shouldn't use the words I want to use.
Good to see I'm not the only one I guess still waiting, but really frustrating when the school approved the club and we got everything else ready and students are excited to start and I have no resources at all except from personal older physical copies that doesn't really share well among 15 teenagers.
I have an existing Educators comp from a few years back (run school's D&D club). However at this time the 2024 material is locked. Not sure if someone can help with that??
We're having the same problem, we pre-ordered things last year, received no word back until last month, tried what MrMonteith listed just now, but no results and have heard nothing back.
We've seen a lot of posts from multiple platforms that suggest that this is a constant issue and has been for years now, with possible delays up to a full year? Fingers crossed that history stops repeating itself...
We are having the same issues in our Library at the Community College. It is extremely frustrating for our students and TTRPG club. I hope this can resolved.
we have yet to submit one, we want to give them a little more time in our case and then submit one, but maybe this will help everyone else? I wouldn't be surprised if some of you have already submitted these though

A moderator showed up on a separate thread and said this:
"That’s not something folks here on the forums can help with, I’m afraid. You’d need to submit a support request here:
