I, the DM, wish to use tokens from Fizban’s with my campaign maps of Descent into Avernus. I don’t have the Fizban book personally but one of my players have it and have content shared it. I was wondering if it’s possible for me to use for example the Dragon Turtle Wyrmling token in my game?

Frustratingly, the Maps tool doesn't allow that. It only shows tokens for content you actually own. I don't think they've announced whether they plan to allow that in the future.
It's not currently a feature. I'm sure it's on the horizon. But one of my players found a workaround for the time being. If you add a creature to a character as an extra that's in the currently opened Maps game, then you should be able to add it from the companions tab. Hopefully that should help.
