Character Creation problem

I have bought a large number of books and have a premium account.

We have had a campaign going for awhile so I generated most all the characters about a year ago. We got a new player in so I went to generate a new character. (Keep in mind I have made a Way of the Shadow Monk on my account so I have the purchases necessary)

Of course they want to play a Way of the Shadow Monk.

So  [Create Unassigned Character]

For Sources I chose (Home Brew, Expanded Rules, 2014 Core Rules, Legacy)

I also chose "ALL" under Partnered Content

I chose Monk and set it to level 6

I go to (Monk Subclass) and it only gives me options for

Core Rules: Warrior of the Open hand

Expanded Rules: Astral Self, Drunken Master, Way of the Kensei, Long Death, Sun Soul

Why will it not give me 2014 Core Rules or Critical role?
