oh my issue is a password update. This is now over 4 months in asking for assistance.
D&D Beyond doesn't provide it's own account authentication, instead it uses external authorization:
Twitch (legacy)
Apple
Google
Wizards
If your password issue isn't with your Wizards account, WotC can't help you. If it is, D&D Beyond can't help you and you'd need to maybe try a different support portal.
I have an issue with my dndbeyond and WoTC account.
Request for assistance emails take over a week to reply and do not address the issue.
Each time I respond asking for a solution a new customer service person responds and gives a generic answer that does not address the question.
I am frustrated. Is there a method to contact dndbeyond/wotc via phone or chat?

Sadly it’s with wizards and not the others. I’ve been backwards and forwarding for months now with wotc.
